BrightBoard, located in Mollem near Brussels, is a young and fast-growing company, active in the LED industry. We rent and sell LED solutions for companies and sports clubs. As far as sports are concerned, you’ll find us in the soccer industry where we are the national supplier for the Jupiler League and our national team, the Red Devils. In addition, we provide LED boarding and LED scoreboards for various other sports, both at home and abroad.
Besides our activity in the world of sports, we also provide solutions for various businesses and companies. Along many busy roads or in window displays, our LED screens and trailers draw the attention of many passers-by. The result is an increasing demand for our products, which is why we’re looking for enthusiastic colleagues to strengthen our team…

Assistant Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this varied and challenging job, no two days are the same. You and the project leader form a close-knit team. You work in a team and independently on beautiful and challenging projects. In addition to managing and monitoring various projects, you will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of our technicians in the workshop. Not only are you the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll be doing the same for the BrightBoard team. In short: this is an extremely dynamic and challenging position where you will never get bored!
A short overview:
- You run the daily management of the technicians and the workshop (stock management, safety, machines and time recording).
- You manage the BrightBoard fleet.
You follow-up on all projects from A to Z:
- You make technical drawings of constructions.
- You order the necessary mechanical and electrical components for each project.
- You draw up the planning and work sheets for the team
During an installation you are responsible for:
- Customer contact
- Managing your colleagues
- The organization and preparation of the construction site
- Activities reports
- Drawing up AS-build diagrams after installation
PROFILE
You are a sociable, highly communicative person and you are able to keep a good overview both on an operational and administrative level. You love a good challenge, are able to work independently and you are solution-oriented and proactive! You already have some work experience and meet the following criteria.
You have a Bachelors degree in Electromechanics
You have experience with technical installations (electricity/mechanics)
Experience with 3D drawing software is an advantage
You have strong organizational skills

VACANCY
Foreign Event Operator
JOB DESCRIPTION
You are in charge of the set-up of our products during events at home and (mainly) abroad.
Barcelona, Miami, Paris, Doha and Mexico City… are some of the places where BrightBoard provides and installs LED solutions on a temporary basis. You are the first point of contact for the customer, ensure a perfect installation of our products and operate them during the event.
You are responsible for the right programming and content during events.
Together with the customer, you make sure that the right content is played at the right time.
You ensure that our rental products are in optimal condition.
You ensure that each and every LED solution looks immaculate during these events and, if necessary, carry out local repairs. During calmer periods, you can be assigned to the general maintenance of our products.
PROFILE
- You have a hands-on mentality, work independently and you are result-oriented with a great sense of responsibility.
- You have excellent communication and social skills.
- You are disciplined and flexible (in the way you think and time management)
- Your Dutch is perfect and you possess a good knowledge of both English and French.
- You have a good level of technical knowledge and you are a fast learner with new software.
- A basic understanding of electronics and electricity (more specifically LED applications) is a plus, although you’ll receive extensive internal training.
- You have a commercial and customer-friendly attitude.
- You are able to work independently at home and abroad, where you’ll be the face of BrightBoard.
- You are willing to work abroad for longer periods of time on a regular basis.
- You’re willing to work weekends and evenings.
- You are in possession of a category B driver’s license. Licenses BE or CE are a plus, but not a requirement.

BrightBoard LED Technician
JOB DESCRIPTION
You are responsible for the perfect installation of our LED-solutions and help create that wow-feeling for our customers.
You assist with the necessary preparations to manage each project. You work in the field and help with the installation of the various projects. Because you are quality-minded, you ensure a perfect connection between the hardware and the software used by BrightBoard. You will train our customers to help them maintain the perfect installation and the accompanying wow-feeling.
PROFILE
- You have a hands-on mentality and you speak perfect Dutch. French is a plus.
- You have knowledge of electricity and electronics, although you’ll also receive a comprehensive internal training.
- You are in possession of a category B driver’s licence.
- You take initiative, work independently and you are result-oriented with a great sense of responsibility.
